		<description>The US bank in Burnsville had one of those for a while, they recently moved the ATM to a drive-thru lane.  Funny that it wouldn't open when someone was standing too close.</description>

		<description>Dang, that's the securest of secure ATM's I've ever heard of.

I've noticed it's pretty easy to track a neighborhood's current economic condition based on the number of check cashing companies. 

This seems like something similar worth further study.</description>
